The Singing Room has been running for 12 years. It began as an A Capella 4 part singing workshop open to all and developed into a community choir over the first year or so. It was set up by Anna Williams, a trained singer and performer, who is a member of the Natural Voice Practitioners Network. This means the choir has no audition process and offers a non competitive space to develop vocal skills and enjoy singing with others. The choir performs locally as well as further afield with around 7 performances a year. Any money raised goes to local charities. There are between 20-30 members from the local area and jolly good fun is had by all!

South Chingford Library on 28h September at 11.00 a.m. Free entry.
